Usage Notes:

• For 15- and 30-amp contacts, insert the wire into the contact before crimping. Position flat side down in the correct slot and squeeze the ratchet handle until it releases.
• For 45-amp contacts, position the contact first, then insert the wire. Ensure the open contact faces up to achieve a proper crimp. Avoid over-crimping to prevent die damage.
