Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the above conditions. We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at seamate@marinetech.org. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address slip and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if:

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved and you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

If approved and you paid by purchase order or check, you will receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase
