Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the above conditions. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at seamate@marinetech.org. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address slip and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • You will need to download and print your own return label

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • A component is missing

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved and you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • If approved and you paid by purchase order or check, you will receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase
