YES! We accept Purchase Orders from US-based educational institutions. This includes the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Steps to place an order through a purchase order:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Click "Need a Quote?" and fill in the details.

3. Receive an email from seamate@marinetech.org with your quote.

4. Send the quote and your purchase order to seamate@marinetech.org for processing.

We primarily use UPS but can accommodate other shipping services depending on your needs.

Orders paid by credit card are processed immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment and approximately one week for shipping.

Residents of Tennessee or Washington D.C. will be charged tax. If you have a tax-exempt certificate, please contact us before placing an order.

We accept returns. Please check out our Refund & Return Policy for details.

To create a quote, add all items to your cart. Go to your cart and click "Need a Quote?", fill in the required information, and click "Generate Quote." You will receive an email with the quote.

We collect personal information to help process your orders and enhance user experience. This includes device details (IP address, browser type) and order details (name, address, payment information).

We share your information with Shopify, shipping agents (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx), and grant organizations like the National Science Foundation as needed. More details are available in our privacy policy.
