Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we do! However, additional shipping cost will apply. Please contact us for more information!
What shipping services do you use?
We primarily use UPS but can accommodate other shipping services depending on your needs.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns. Please check out our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders paid by credit card are processed immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment and approximately one week for shipping.
Do you charge tax on my order?
Residents of Tennessee or Washington D.C. will be charged tax. If you have a tax-exempt certificate, please contact us before placing an order.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes! We accept Purchase Orders from US-based educational institutions. This includes the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Please follow the steps below to place an order with a purchase order:
- Add items to your cart.
- Click "Need a Quote?" and fill in the details.
- Receive an email from seamate@marinetech.org with your quote.
- Send the quote and your purchase order to seamate@marinetech.org for processing.
